Accessing eResources

eResource User Guides

The Library’s eResource User Guides provide information about individual eResources, training materials (where available), mobile app installation and troubleshooting instructions, and other useful information.

Service Disruptions

The Library makes every effort to maintain database and full text-access. If you find a problem with an eResource or database that is not listed here, please report the issue. Alternatively, call 02 512 43394email or visit us.

Unplanned

There are no unplanned service disruptions at this time.

Planned

The Renal Drug Database may be unavailable between 2:30pm and 4:30pm on Saturday 9 March due to system maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience during this time.

Known Issues

Internet Explorer 11

Starting June 15, 2022, the Internet Explorer 11 desktop application will no longer be supported by Microsoft on certain versions of Windows 10.

Future functionality of Library's products therefore cannot be assured for users of Internet Explorer 11. To ensure optimal product performance please use supported browsers, including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
